Thanks, Robin - It was a struggle to free myself from the facts because it went against my natural inclinations. Overall, my policy was not to include things that I knew to be wrong. Because there are so many unknowns in the case I was able to colour in quite a lot of background. The final chapter is an explanation of which characters were real/fictional.
